The District is pleased to present its 2023 Annual Report. The past year marked the 77th year of District operations since its formation in 1946. The report represents the effort staff made to carry out the District’s mission of preventing, monitoring, and controlling mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases.

The District, its Board, and its personnel have endeavored to protect residents in the County of Fresno through an Integrated Mosquito Management (IMM) program. This team effort relies on our dedicated staff and participation from our community and agency partners. The District will continue to be proactive, accountable, efficient, and effective in achieving its mission.
